This week we present you an opportunity in women’s basketball. UPSHOT Women’s League is a new minor league in women’s basketball.

UPSHOT aims to fill a critical gap in the US women’s professional basketball ecosystem, serving as a development league analogous to the men's NBA G League. With the WNBA having limited roster spots despite a deep talent pool from collegiate and international pipelines, UPSHOT offers a platform for player development, rehabilitation, and professional careers. The women's sports market is experiencing unprecedented growth in viewership, sponsorship, and media interest, creating a fertile ground for new ventures.

League & Team Structure: UPSHOT will launch with four teams in Jacksonville (FL), Savannah (GA), Charlotte (NC), and Greensboro (NC). The league is founded by experienced sports executives, including former WNBA President Donna Orender as Commissioner.

Amount Being Raised: $2-$3 million as part of an already oversubscribed raise

Minimum Investment as a Collective: $250,000

Minimum Investment Per RMC Member: $25,000
